Cure erectile dysfunction naturally.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a difficulty to get and maintain a firm erection to perform sexual intercourse. ED affects about 10% of men by the age of 40 years and up to 50% of men between the ages of 40 and 70.
It creates a lot of insecurities for both men suffering from ED and their partners who might associate themselves with the cause of this problem. It lowers self-esteem and self-confidence decreases interest in sexual life and is very often the cause of the breakup of a relationship. Yet ED can be cured if it is diagnosed accurately and all possible causes are simultaneously targeted with the appropriate treatment.
What causes ED?
The main causes of erectile dysfunction are physical and psychological (emotional).
Physical causes refer to underlying health problems such as:
- Heart disease and narrowing of blood vessels
- High blood pressure and high cholesterol
- Treatments for prostate disease
- Smoking, alcoholism and substance abuse
Psychological (emotional) causes:
- Performance anxiety
- Poor or lack of communication with sexual partner
- Depression and stress
- Financial and emotional problems
- Lack of sex education
- Relationship problems
Physical conditions can also affect psychological wellbeing. Therefore the cause can either by physical or psychological or a combination of both. This makes it harder to diagnose and requires close attention when treating both causes simultaneously.
It’s essential to contact your GP in case you have any of physical health issues mentioned above in order to avoid ED.
How does an erection occur?
Erection process starts when the brain receives a signal from touch or another type of sexual stimulation. This then activates nervous and hormonal triggers, which start the process of blood flow to the penis.
Relaxation of the muscles allows blood to rush into the spongy tissue of the penis, creating increased tissue pressure and an erection.
The major physical causes of ED are vascular causes (vessels or ducts that convey fluids, as blood, lymph, or sap) that affect blood flow and neurological causes that affect nerve signals.
Traditional treatment of ED:
Medical treatments for vascular and neurological causes include oral PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, Stendra and others), intraurethral prostaglandin E1 (Muse), intracavernosal injections (prostaglandin E1, Bimix and Trimix), vacuum devices and surgery.
However they have a range of side-effects and as reported by many clients, loss of efficacy after about a year of usage.
How my treatment can help?
The treatment I offer works on vascular, neurological and psychological levels. It’s a safe, pain and drug free method that enables getting to the root of the problem and curing it effectively.
How do I work on the physical level?
I first address my treatment at the physical causes of ED. During massage sessions I aim to unblock the tiniest blood vessels and stimulate the nerve’s endings in the pelvic area. This is performed by applying very deep pressure to the areas around the genitalia and holding these points for a few minutes. After releasing the pressure the strong flow of blood starts to move through the blood vessels and if there were any blockages in the vessels they would have been removed. This provides a bigger volume of blood flowing to the genital area. Similarly it increases the sensitivity of nerves and establishes stronger signals between brain and hormonal system.
How do I work on the psychological level?
Very often the physical issue occurs as a result of psychological or emotional problems that clients are not aware of. During consultation prior to the session I identify possible psychological issues that might be related to ED. Although I don’t provide psychotherapy I can help my clients realise potential deeper causes of their problems. I also use some rituals and connection exercises to help clients to experience the totality of intimate connection. I teach some technics and the use of tools to become more aware of emotions and energy as part of the daily sex life that helps to experience deeper, more pleasurable and longer lasting orgasm.
Additionally I work with clients self-confidence and false beliefs around sexual performance as well as educating on healthy sexual habits.
I introduce both physical and psychological approaches in the first session. However in order to achieve long lasting results at least two sessions or more are recommended.
